Course Summary
In this course you will explore how changes in an organisation's policies, structure and practices can be managed and communicated effectively.
The course focuses on the key principles of change; communication leadership within changing organisations; and strategies for supporting effective change. In this context, you will draw on global studies in communication management and organisational communication, including the influence and impact of connectivity with diverse audiences. You will also investigate current and emerging paradigms in change communication as it relates to communication management and stakeholders.
