Course Summary
In this course, we investigate the interdisciplinary climate of media and communication industries. A strong focus on the processes of team and project work allows you to identify and develop the skills that high functioning media and communication professionals rely on to move from project-to-project in an increasingly atomised industry. In small and interdisciplinary teams, you will be working towards a project brief provided from either a range of different studio clients or you develop your own project and explore how the disciplinary understandings developed in your studies so far can work together with principles and approaches from other areas to address communication problems. The project work invites you to test and experience the challenges, possibilities and potential of interdisciplinary project work.
