Course Summary

This course extends your knowledge of the psychometric properties of frequently used psychological assessments, by evaluating them with regards to their utility in informing intervention strategies. Attention is paid to the development of skills needed to correctly administer, interpret, and report such assessments. The course provides a further focus on the concepts and procedures of empirically supported cognitive-behaviour change. You will address underlying theory, therapy activities, and empirical evidence of effectiveness.
