This course examines the individual employment relationship and collective labour relations. Topics will include the development of Australian labour law and the constitutional framework; international influences on the development of labour law; the National Employment Standards; modern awards; enterprise agreements; the regulation of trade unions and the regulation of industrial action and industrial disputes.
