Course Summary

Supply chains are no longer confined to functional specialisation; they are strategic drivers of value, stakeholder outcomes, and competitive advantage. Organisations must therefore adopt integrated strategies that optimise value creation across supply chain networks. This capstone course enables students to integrate and consolidate program knowledge, focusing on the strategic role of supply chains in value creation. Building on foundational principles, the course examines how supply chain operations, integration, and collaboration shape stakeholder outcomes and competitive differentiation through local and international case studies, developing strategic insights for sustained competitive advantage.
