Course Summary

This course will develop your knowledge of retail fashion buying encompassing theoretical models and practical applications relevant to current global practises in fashion merchandising management.
It will provide a framework to utilise creative and analytical skills in developing a retail fashion product range. Also incorporated is strategic decision making in merchandising management. This will include the study and application of buying processes and selection, research and analysis, range planning, promotions, retail and the product development process.
You will learn the practical challenges of the retail environment and how to incorporate the creativity of trends into fashion ranges that will eventuate into commercial success.
