In this course you will be introduced to fundamental knowledge and theory of Translating and Interpreting and contemporary theoretical frameworks and approaches.

You will explore how theory and practical strategies can integrate with practice and help address common challenges in translating and interpreting. You will also develop skills to analyse and evaluate aspects interpreting and translating in a theoretical framework. You will also begin to adopt appropriate metalanguage to reflect on your practice.
