This course provides you with an overview of Human Resource Management (HRM) principles and strategies in the management of organisations. You will be introduced to various HR functions that will provide you with an understanding of the various roles, particularly the strategic role, of HRM in organisations.
The course introduces you to various HRM theories and models that explain the nature and significance of key HRM practices and HRM outcomes in organisations. This course explores the importance of managing human resources effectively in both increasingly competitive environments and in the international context.
