The course is of one semester duration and provides an introduction to biochemistry for undergraduates at the first-year level.
The course will present an overview of the fundamental principles of elementary medical biochemistry and will discuss specific topics relevant to the disciplines of biomedical / pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy and laboratory medicine in the 21st Century.
