Project Management Concepts is your introduction to the world of project management, where ideas turn into action and value for stakeholders is created through well-planned delivery. In this course, you'll discover why project management is essential in today's organisations, gain foundational skills in planning and managing projects, and explore the core frameworks, methods, and concepts that define the profession in the 21st century.
You'll learn how projects are initiated, planned, and delivered throughout the project lifecycle, and begin to develop the mindset and language of a project professional. This course forms the foundation for all other project management courses in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management, and sets the stage for your learning journey and career in project management.
