This course provides a foundation in communication for property, construction and project management professionals in the twenty-first century.
The course examines verbal, written, face to face, and electronic interaction with an emphasis on effective communication in the workplace and the wider context of project management, construction and property. This is supported by a study of contextual issues such as organisational roles and structures, cross-cultural issues for a global workforce, and secure and private communication.
This course provides the basis for further development of your communication skills throughout your studies in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management.
