Course Summary

In this course you will be introduced to a range of strategies to map your career and make decisions about your professional learning. You will also explore the nature, purpose and acquisition of career and life design practice and gain insight into the Career Industry Council (CICA) professional standards. You will explore how your current knowledge and skills of the professional standards can apply in practice.
Through this course you will gain a deeper understanding of your own areas of strength and areas for further development by reflecting on your knowledge of the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) practitioner standards, current career development theory. You will create a learning map to further develop your practice as a lifelong learner.
