In this course you will explore how the capabilities required to enable people to construct fulfilling lives founded on learning and work that is individually meaningful and socially constructive are applied in practice. Underpinned by design thinking this course examines how you will apply the Career Industry Council (CICA) competencies professional standards in a range of different career development contexts.
