Course Summary

This course develops your capacity to lead ethically and effectively in complex organisational contexts. It challenges you to critically analyse diverse leadership styles, assess your ethical and practical value, and understand how leadership practices influence organisational outcomes and social impact.

Through engagement with contemporary scholarship, workplace case studies, and peer learning, you will reflect on your own leadership strengths and challenges, designing evidence-based strategies for self-management and professional growth. The course emphasises the ethical dimensions of leadership decision-making, the role of governance and accountability structures, and the capacity of leaders to generate and sustain genuine social impact.

You will apply theoretical insights to your own workplace, integrating learning-in-action, diagnostic analysis, and persuasive communication to strengthen both individual and collective leadership practice.
