This course will equip you with knowledge of relevant business regulations to manage various business structure including partnership, sole traders, trust and companies. You will critically examine the basic principles of business and corporate law in the areas of agency, franchises, insurance law, bankruptcy and trusts. The course further provides you with the skills necessary to analyse the statutory and common law rules underpinning business and corporate law to apply them to contemporary business situations and companies.
