Course Summary
This course provides you with knowledge and skills relating to criminal law and procedure and particularly the substantive law relating to indictable offences. Matters examined include the elements of homicide and other offences against the person, theft and other property offences, general defences, attempts to commit crime, the law relating to where there is more than one participant in a crime and crimes of absolute or strict liability. Law reform issues will be evaluated.
