Course Summary

This course provides you with knowledge and skills of the major areas of administrative law. You will examine the history and structure of government in Australia, subordinate legislation, legal restraints on the use of governmental power and the roles of the Victorian and Commonwealth Ombudsmen.
You will analyse the grounds and methods to review government decisions and access government information.
