Course Summary
This course assists your transition into the workforce by providing you with a comprehensive overview of the publishing industry. You will explore different areas of the industry and identify issues and trends that affect employment opportunities through a combination of classes, guest lectures, industry forums and individual investigation. There is a focus on building a sustainable career as a writer and/or editor. The course also prepares you for further study through developing your industry research and writing skills.
