This course will introduce you to the different procurement methods used within the Australian construction industry and internationally. The objectives of this course are to develop the foundational knowledge you will require to undertake construction procurement related activities within the construction industry. Specifically, the course will focus on:

* Relational strategies (e.g. Design and Build Contrast, PFI, etc.)
* Trust and Partnering
* Emerging concepts such as Sustainable Procurement and Strategic Procurement
* Supply Chain Management and Integration
* E-business / E-commerce
