Course Summary
In this course you will develop your conceptual and practical knowledge of leadership as this applies to the field of project management. The objectives of this course are to provide you with the skills, knowledge and expertise required to work effectively as part of a project team, to develop your capacity to collaborate with your peers in order to successfully meet established project deliverables and to develop as an effective leader. You will also build your knowledge on the different styles of leadership and how they can be used to deliver successful projects and understand the role diverse stakeholder management and engagement plays in achieving effective project management.
Please note that if you take this course for a bachelor honours program, your overall mark in this course will be one of the course marks that will be used to calculate the weighted average mark (WAM) that will determine your award level.
