This course covers exciting trends in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Blockchain and smart contracts, Cryptocurrency, asset lifecycle algorithms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI cameras and other technology. You will gain knowledge and skills in understanding how these technologies are being, and could be, applied to the valuation, management and development of property. The objectives of this course are to equip you with the skills and knowledge you require to utilise and understand the latest property technology to: extract property data, display property data and undertake data analyses.
