This course will build on the knowledge and skills you developed in Valuation Process and Methods. The objectives of this course are to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to create a discounted cashflow model to value income producing property. You will develop the knowledge, skills and expertise required to value income producing property, and to apply capitalisation methods
