An important consideration in the property sector and the wider community is the formulation and administration of policy and legislature over the use and development of land. In this course you will examine Australian land resources and land development polices as determined by the different levels of Australian government. The objectives of this course are to develop your knowledge of the Australian public policy and how this governs land use and development, and to expand your understanding of the relation between the property sector and wider regulatory and policy frameworks.
