Course Summary

This course will equip you with skills to administer contractual issues arisen from the construction projects. The objectives of this course are to develop the skills and knowledge required to assess interim payments, variations, extension of time applications, loss and expenses claims; and to prepare professional reports in relation to insurance, bonds, determination of contractor's employment and final accounts.
Please note that if you take this course for a bachelor honours program, your overall mark in this course will be one of the course marks that will be used to calculate the weighted average mark (WAM) that will determine your award level.
