This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to produce a short screen based documentary. You will explore aspects of documentary production such as historical developments and contemporary approaches in documentary making, including ethical and cultural issues.

You will develop a short documentary as part of a team and through this process you will learn about image sequences as story telling tools, image composition and sound recording, as they apply to monologue and/or dialogue-based screen media.
