Course Summary
In this capstone course you will apply your knowledge and skills in an industry environment. This will be a culmination of your learning throughout the program. As a situated learning experience, an internship* provides you with the opportunity to apply and further develop your digital media knowledge and skills, and gain an understanding of industry dynamics and the client-designer relationship.
This is a designated Work Integrated Learning (WIL) course for BP309/BP309VNI Bachelor of Design (Digital Media). This course will integrate work-based learning and academic learning, commonly referred to as Work Integrated learning (WIL), and will allow you to solve authentic industry problems or address real issues faced in organisations.
*A WIL agreement including schedule and relevant insurance documentation is required to be completed before commencing each placement (local and international). International placements must be registered and processed through
RMIT Global Mobility (Melbourne) or Career Development and Employment (Vietnam).
