Course Summary

In this course you will be introduced to digital media narrative structures for design. You will explore the ways in which narrative structures are used, to explain and communicate human experiences and perspectives. A key focus of the course is how narrative codes and conventions are used in global digital mediation, integrating visual and written communication and sound. You will also apply narrative structures to develop design responses that communicate effectively in different digital media formats, for different target audiences and cultures.
