Leading through design

In this course you will explore contemporary strategies and approaches to design leadership; from management practices to questions about what it is to be a leader in design, or to lead through design. You will learn communication and personal skills that support creative and adaptive leadership in professional design practice.

The course focuses on real world case studies as examples of how designers use artifacts and processes to create change and harness transdisciplinary collaboration in a variety of contemporary design contexts.
