Course Summary
This course prepares you for responsible business leadership by integrating management theory with practical skills, focusing on sustainability and career readiness. You will critically analyse management concepts while considering ethical, social, political, and environmental influences.
Learning is dynamic and flexible, combining face-to-face sessions with online activities like case studies, sustainability research, and digital exercises. Active participation and collaboration are essential, with a focus on self-directed learning and critical inquiry.
Throughout the course, you will complete three assessments. The first two demonstrate your understanding of sustainability and responsible business practices, while the third showcases your career readiness with a professional job application package. The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and Career Development Learning (CDL) components enhance your employability by building communication and career planning skills, preparing you for the evolving workforce.
