Course Summary
This course introduces you to the theoretical and practical aspects of commonly used project management methodologies and at the implementation of these methodologies in a health promotion or health administration context.
The course explores some of the challenges and limitations associated with managing projects within a health promotion or health administration context and also provides you with knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of these project management techniques.
Throughout the course you study all aspects of the life of the project from the initial scoping with the various stakeholders, to the ongoing tracking of the progress of health promotion or health administration project, final hand over of the completed project and the evaluation of the project.
