Course Summary

This course introduces you to product, service, and systems design through modes of visualisation design to communicate complex design ideas. Through the use of systems thinking methods, mapping and storytelling techniques, you will learn to communicate the temporal dimensions of design propositions that involve larger ecosystems of infrastructure, stakeholder and community needs, processes, and characteristics of a particular service or system.
This course is a component of a major and minor offered by the BH104P25 Bachelor of Industrial Design (Honours) program.
