This course evaluates the practice of project management and the role of the project manager. The curriculum prepares you to work in industry where delivering new products, processes and introducing change is facilitated via a project-based environment. The processes, techniques and tools that you will examine are multi-disciplinary and are leveraged across a wide range of industry sectors. You will use these processes, techniques and tools to develop a project proposal as part of a team. You will also critically appraise industry practice using project management standards, substantiating your recommendations with relevant research.
