This unit applies to a range of leadership roles in health and community services workplaces.
This program is intended to provide existing and aspiring frontline leaders in the disability services sector with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully lead a team of frontline workers delivering services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, while contributing to the growth of their organisation.
