Course Summary

This course equips you with the awareness, knowledge and skills needed to work in a multicultural workplace. Organisations and business environments have become increasingly multicultural. Being able to work with people from different cultures is a basic requirement in contemporary work environments. Acquiring cross cultural management skills will enhance your ability to work in the current complex and diverse international business environment.
This course covers essential and cutting-edge topics in cross-cultural management, including knowledge of cultural differences, the cultural impact of cognition and behaviours, intercultural sensitivity, cross-cultural communication, diversity, and global leadership.
Activities and assignments are designed to facilitate theory application and peer learning in a friendly, open atmosphere.
