Course Summary

Family and domestic violence is one of the significant social problems of our time. Professionals working across all community services and justice roles regularly come into contact with people experiencing family violence, including practitioners working in education, health, youth work, police, corrections, criminal justice, mental health, alcohol and drugs, housing and homelessness, and local and state government. This course offers an advanced understanding and capacity to respond to victim survivors of family violence and hold adults choosing to use violence in view.
