Course Summary

In this course you will explore how individuals and groups function in organisations and how organisational environments shape motivation, wellbeing and performance. You will examine key theories and research in motivation and organisational psychology and apply them to issues such as employee engagement, organisational change and workplace health. 

Drawing on positive psychology and other evidence-based models, you will learn empirically supported strategies for goal setting, behaviour change and performance enhancement in both personal and work contexts. You will develop skills in analysing organisational case studies, integrating theoretical and empirical literature, and communicating evidence-based recommendations.
