Course Summary
This course examines the intricate aspects that comprise the new retail 'ecosystem'. You will learn how to design and manage a delicate and balanced approach to the management of: a physical presence; a cyber or online presence; and hybrid retail formats (such as 'click and collect'). You will examine the customer retail experience with particular emphasis on customer mapping models, store layout and design aspects, space productivity and the use of digital technology. You will explore the key aspects and use of consistent and creative visual merchandising practices (both instore and online).
