In this course you will build knowledge and skills of various ways to represent concepts and design ideas including fashion image, drawing creation techniques and fashion writing. The methods you will learn will include both traditional formats alongside digital image making techniques. You will experience a range of different methods for expressing fashion ideas.

There are many different ways in which we communicate and share fashion concepts and ideas with other designers, producers, suppliers within the fashion industry, members of the design team and to professionals and practitioners beyond the field of fashion. The aim of this course is to expand your knowledge of fashion expressions such as colour, sound, touch, image, video and text through a series of projects. The course will enable you to effectively express your design ideas through a variety of media and channels.
