Course Summary

In this course you will design for performance and develop, direct and present performances. You will explore the functions of performance wear, the performance of everyday life and activities/occupations.
You will reflect on your body, the bodies of others, space, function and context. You are invited to work independently and partake in class discussions to develop new methods for making and communicating fashion.
A hands-on learning experience is included in this course in which you will take part in a movement workshop. This is in conjunction with drawing on your own experiences, knowledge and skills, as well as undertaking individual research.
