Course Summary

This course enables you to refine and increase your technical and creative skills in fashion communication. These creative skills will enable you to advance the ways through which you produce and present your own fashion images for use in defining and communicating your fashion practice.
This course will cover techniques and design processes across multiple platforms relevant to industry, providing skills and capabilities needed to enter professional practice, including basic fashion image methods and techniques to document your work, and to produce and curate fashion imagery. This draws on relevant skills in editing of photographic images, graphic design and layout for portfolios, lookbooks and fashion publications/exhibitions.
Please note that if you take this course for a bachelor honours program, your overall mark in this course will be one of the course marks that will be used to calculate the weighted average mark (WAM) that will determine your award level.
