Course Summary

This course will introduce you to the regulatory and governance considerations arising from the challenges and opportunities presented by the frontier technologies of the emerging digital economy. You will analyse and understand the development of government and industry self-regulation in the face of disruptive technologies and you will consider the challenges to ‘traditional’ regulation and governance models presented by new and massively-disruptive technologies and explore how these challenges are being addressed around the globe.
