This course challenges the doctrinal approach to solving legal problems which underpins your law degree. This course invites you to think differently about problem solving through legal and non-legal lenses. Through a series of block learning on emerging technologies, legal theories, and interdisciplinary techniques, you will be able to tackle problems from multiple perspectives. You will be tasked with applying these different lenses to a wicked problem (current or simulated) and presenting your solution to members of the legal community.
