This course covers the principles of equity. The course covers principles such as the obligation of confidence, fiduciary obligation, assignment in equity and equitable property, defences and remedies. The rights of beneficiaries will also be covered. The course will offer you a sound knowledge of the core principles of equity and how this relate to other areas of the law.
