Course Summary

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is potentially one of the most impactful and transformative technologies of the 21st century. It has the potential to change the future of our work and everyday lives, and as such, it is advantageous to develop a broad understanding of the key concepts of AI, and to examine how these might impact workplaces now and in the future. In this course you will undertake an investigation that assesses the potential for a specific AI application to be implemented in a workplace context.
You will identify the opportunity, reflect on the human, economic and practical impacts and develop a strategy for implementation that incorporates these considerations. This course incorporates: AI technology fundamentals; Natural Language Processing; frameworks and platforms, operating models; Data and Cloud strategy; optimising a business case; implementation plans; and ethical considerations.
