External Legal Competition provides the opportunity for students to compete in national and international legal competitions or moots. In this course you will work in teams on a specific hypothetical problem in an approved external competition. Your participation in the competition will be assessed on your preparation work. You will research the issues involved in the hypothetical competition, draft written submissions/ documents and deliver oral arguments/presentations in a rehearsal prior to the competition. You will demonstrate teamwork skills in preparation for the external competition.
