Course Summary
In today's data-driven world, the success of businesses and policymakers is dependent on their ability to generate and interpret data. In this unit, you will be introduced to (i) survey-based and experimental methods to generate data and (ii) techniques to convert data into insights for good decision making. Conceptual issues related to data collection, design of survey instruments, statistical inference and data interpretation will be covered in detail to develop strong analytical skills required for evidence-based policy design and evaluation in business, public agencies and NGOs.
