This course focuses upon the legal dimensions of global issues confronting organisations, leaders, managers and employees as national and international boundaries become less relevant. Issues covered will include the legal as well as, cultural, political and social change and their legal implications for domestic legal systems and businesses. There will be a particular focus on the legal aspects of business decisions, sustainability (including Sustainable Development Goals), and managing people in a global environment.
