This course focuses upon the legal dimensions of global issues confronting communities and organisations as national and international boundaries become less relevant. Issues covered will include the legal as well as cultural, political and social change and their legal implications for domestic legal systems. There will be a particular focus on the legal aspects of management of organisations, community wellbeing and sustainability in both the domestic legal system of the designated country for the study tour and the global environment.
