Course Summary

In this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to use suitable computer software to produce basic plans of a survey from field surveying data. This includes setting up equipment and software, establishing surveying data and dimensions, processing data, and producing basic plans.
This course is suitable for surveying or spatial information services assistants working under supervision. Individuals use cognitive, technical and communication skills to select and apply a range of methods, tools, materials and information to complete routine activities and provide solutions to predictable and sometimes unpredictable problems.
