Advanced Principles of Contract Law is based on the foundational skills and knowledge obtained in 054908 Introduction to Contract Law. This course will provide students an overview of the vitiating factors under common law and statute. It also examines performance of the contract, discharge or termination of the contract, and the relevant remedies available at common law and in equity for breach of contract.
